Change Management for Organisational Transformation

Organisations change when they implement new systems, restructure teams, respond to regulation, or improve how work gets done. The difference between a change plan and a successful change outcome is usually adoption. Change management provides a structured approach to helping people understand change, participate in it, and apply new ways of working consistently over time.

This programme introduces globally recognised change frameworks including Kotter, Lewin, and ADKAR, and shows how they translate into practical actions such as stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, communication planning, and resistance management. Students learn how to align change work to organisational strategy and governance, and how to support adoption through coaching, reinforcement, and monitoring. Applied case studies help students practise decision-making and planning in realistic transformation scenarios where time, culture, and stakeholder expectations must be managed carefully.
