How often will I be billed?

Monthly. Billing follows your start date (PayFast’s record is the source of truth for billing dates).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, it’s month‑to‑month with no long contracts.

When does cancellation take effect?

Once we confirm your cancellation, future renewals stop. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period (unless access is suspended for fraud/chargeback/misuse).

Can I study more than two courses at once?

You can explore as many courses as you like, but you can have up to 2 active courses at a time.

Can I unenrol from a course?

Yes, you can unenrol from a course after 8 hours.

Can I re-enrol in a course after leaving it?

Yes, you can re-enrol in the same course 48 hours after unenrolling.

Where do I study, on LearnSquad?

LearnSquad manages access. Learning takes place on the partner college platform for your chosen course.

Who issues my certificate?

Certificates (where applicable) are issued by the partner college, not LearnSquad or Randgo.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card details are captured on PayFast‑hosted pages. LearnSquad does not store your full card number or CVV.

What if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we may retry in line with their subscription rules, and access is managed based on your recorded access status.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds aren’t offered except where there is a confirmed billing error or where a refund is required by law.
