Health and Wellness Coaching for Practical, Whole-Person Support

Health and wellness coaching supports clients who want to feel better and live with healthier routines, but struggle to turn intention into consistent action. Clients may want to improve energy, reduce stress, manage lifestyle habits, and create more balance, and they often need structure, accountability, and practical tools that make change realistic and sustainable.

This course prepares students to coach habit change, stress management, and lifestyle balance using practical approaches supported by foundational health knowledge. Students build coaching capability in communication, goal setting, accountability, and behaviour change planning, and learn how to structure coaching sessions using tools, templates, and progress tracking methods. The programme also introduces key wellbeing foundations, including nutrition basics, basic anatomy and physiology, and mental wellbeing considerations, helping students guide conversations responsibly and ethically. Practical application supports confidence in working with clients across different needs and life contexts.

This course is delivered by Think Coaching Academy. On successful completion, the certificate is issued by the delivering partner college.
