Specialised Nutrition for Performance Support and Responsible Guidance

Nutrition influences energy, recovery, body composition, and overall wellbeing. In fitness and wellness environments, clients often need practical guidance that supports training goals and healthier routines. This course builds nutrition capability for training and wellness contexts. Students learn nutrition fundamentals, hydration, energy balance, and practical considerations for meal planning and recovery support. The programme also strengthens communication and professional scope awareness, helping students provide responsible guidance and recognise when referral is appropriate.

This course is delivered by Trifocus Fitness Academy. On successful completion, the certificate is issued by the delivering partner college.
