UX Design for User Needs, Clear Journeys, and Usability Improvement

UX design improves how people experience digital products and services. When journeys are unclear, users drop off, make errors, or lose trust. UX provides structured methods for understanding user needs, designing clearer flows, and validating changes through testing and feedback.

This course builds UX design capability through practical methods and deliverables. Students learn user research basics, problem definition, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping. Usability evaluation is included to support evidence-based improvement, helping students refine designs based on what users actually do rather than assumptions. The programme also supports communication and documentation skills so UX decisions can be shared clearly with stakeholders.

This course is delivered by Digital School of Marketing. On successful completion, the certificate is issued by the delivering partner college. Certificates per completed module may be issued where offered.
